Case Study: Building a Best in Class eCommerce Experience for Balance Athletica

Our team recently had the opportunity to form a working relationship with activewear brand Balance Athletica. Balance is known for its inclusivity and its premium workout clothing. 

The brand came to us needing to revamp their online shopping experience and their process of selling with Vitality x Balance, a sublevel of Balance Atheltica. After an in-depth discovery, we jumped right into designing and developing their new site. 

The Avex team then went on to cleaning up the backend of the site and simplifying the navigation between Balance and Vitality x Balance, ensuring a smooth user experience for all site visitors. We also incorporated a “back in stock” flow via Klaviyo to get ahead of products that come back after being sold out.

With the help of our project management, designs, and backend development, Balance saw a 32% increase in conversion rate in only four months. We’re so excited to see where this partnership takes us as the brand continues to grow.
