Mia Becar is an artisan luxury shoe brand with a dedication to handmade precision. Every inspired design is crafted with the purpose of empowering women through the use of exotic colors and bold silhouettes. Mia Becar commissioned Avex to administer integrated customer service techniques and enhanced storytelling content that’s fast, focused and mobile friendly.

Sizing is a top concern for shoe shoppers. With that in mind, Avex and Mia Becar have employed a Chat Support Team, available via the bottom left Chat Icon, to ensure customers have access to expert help throughout their shopping experience. Explicitly detailed product pages also provide clear and distinct information on sizing and fit, with Fit Tips hyperlinked to a specific user guide. And a Customer Service page with answers to FAQs regarding shipping, products, returns, and payment.
We wanted Mia Becar’s emails to be cohesive with the website experience. We coded custom emails for them in Klaviyo that would allow them to use more than the standard blocks available in klaviyo. We incorporated their brand icons, colors and imagery while also keeping them product focused.
We worked closely with the Mia Becar team and their Warehouse to get integrated, run test orders and bulk product uploads. We didn’t build anything, just worked very closely with them.

The client had a lot of imagery on the site, post launch we worked with them to make sure everything they were adding was compressed/optimized for web and that no updates being done we’re causing there to be excess code in the theme.
